About the Role
The Digital Sales Agent will join a fast-paced and results-oriented sales team, responsible for managing customer leads generated via digital channels and converting them into active Mawingu customers.
You will work closely with the Brand Manager and play a key role in achieving the company’s monthly sales growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track all digital leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and the Mawingu website.
Add all leads to the company’s CRM system and maintain accurate records.
Convert digital leads into paying customers and meet monthly sales targets.
Track all leads and sales using company tools and submit reports regularly
Provide feedback and insights on improving outreach and conversion strategies.
Collect and share customer feedback to help improve Mawingu’s products and services.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous sales experience is required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in client-facing or phone sales roles is an added advantage.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
